Just went through my blog & realized that I have not blogged about 15 products that I have so I decided to write one everyday & post it(cross my fingers I can do it everyday that is except weekend as I use that timing to dedicate it to my 3yr old Krishna)..
As I come to the post,I am seriously a huge FAN of Forest Essentials and this is one product that I am also in love with right now which is Delicate Cleanser Kashmiri Saffron & Neem..I love anything that comes in Saffron but not Neem..So you can imagine the plight I was in as to whether should I give it a try or not as I hate Neem smell totally..I run in the opposite direction when I smell Neem..I did take a while & also I did read up before buying this..At last one fine day,I decided to give it a try..
Product Description :
The first rule of Ayurvedic skin care is to cleanse, tone and nourish. The secret to proper cleansing is to remove dead cells and toxins, clear clogged pores and clean make-up without stripping the skin’s natural oils and moisture content.
Way to use :
Splash water on face then take small amount of the cleanser and rub on the face.Finally wash away with warm water..
Ingredients :
Pure distilled Rosewater,Pure distilled Marigold water,Pure distilled Kewda water,Pure distilled Jasmine water,Lemon juice,Organic honey,Neem Oil,Nagkesar,Anantmool,Kumud,Pure Saffron Extract
I was excited to get this product when it reached my house..When I opened the bottle,I smelled Saffron and nothing of Neem(wondered why not even slight neem smell was in it)..
It comes in a tall transparent bottle with a stopper in it.Not knowing that it was a stopper(thought it was to control the amount of oil to be released when I needed to use it),I kept it that way till I used it in the end.The yellow face wash is liquid.
This face wash was ayurvedic and surprisingly gentle on my skin though I did worry that it will break my skin out but it did not at all.I like the ease of application for it.I could feel that my oily face was moisturised first thing in the morning when I used it and also used it at night after using my makeup remover to erase off all my makeup.
Love or Hate relationship?
It is definitely a love relationship..I got this on March and it lasted me till beginning of August which is around 5months..I am going to buy this soon but before that I will see if there is any other facial cleanser I can use from FE for my oily skin..Definitely not going bk to chemicals at all..
